Revert "kldp.org not connected."
Unconnected pages shouldn't be handled this way. KLDP is down just for days
and AFAIK it's down by a technical problem in its firewall equipment.
This reverts commit 52dd2bb95de918c4644b6851ea00ed9fa7f85398.
