Fix html: close all tags; tags to lowercase
CVS version numbers english/donations.wml: 1.60 -> 1.61 english/index.wml: 1.76 -> 1.77 english/search.wml: 1.12 -> 1.13 english/social_contract.wml: 1.20 -> 1.21
