Use "Bug Tracking Systeem" instead of the various variants of bug traceer
systeem that were in use. Reason is that the correct translation would
have been "Probleemrapport Volg Systeem", or maybe "Bug Volg Systeem", but
that would lose us the link with the acronym BTS. So its best to just treat
Bug Tracking Systeem as an official name and leave it untranslated.
Also included various minor corrections.
