<p><strong>Debian X Strike Force の Subversion リポジトリ</strong>。
Branden Robinson さんは、Debian の XFree86 パッケージ群が
チームで管理されるようになったと<a

実際のところ XFree86 のパッケージ群はこれまでもずっと、

<p><strong>sarge リリースの問題点</strong>。

<p><strong>Debian GNU/FreeBSD が自力で運用可能に</strong>。
Robert Millan さんは、<a

が自力で運用可能になったと<a
href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-bsd-0306/msg00002.html">発表しました</a>。
カーネルは init を起動、init はスワップ領域とファイルシステムを初期化し、
8 つの getty を生成します。彼は最小限のユーティリティと APT
だけの新しいベース <a

CVS</a> の著者 Jennifer Vesperman さんは、不安定版 (unstable) の Debian
システムで Kerberos 5 と <a

(Generic Security Services API) を使った CVS の利用方法についての<a
href="http://linux.oreillynet.com/pub/a/linux/2003/05/22/cvs_gssapi.html">\
記事</a>を書きました。この文書は、GSSAPI を使って <a
href="http://www.cvshome.org/">cvs</a> をコンパイルする方法を説明し、

C100</a> タブレット PC に、何とか Debian GNU/Linux をインストールしました。

こういったマシンに Debian をインストールして設定できるはずです。

<p><strong>ロケットに乗った Debian</strong>。
Portland State Aerospace Society の Andrew Greenberg さんと Brian O'Neel
さんは、今年の 9 月に打ち上げ予定の 12 ポンドのロケットを<a

<p><strong>大きな i18n ファイルをパッケージにする</strong>。
Ben Burton さんは、<a
href="http://packages.debian.org/koffice">koffice</a> 用の国際化
(internationalisation、i18n) ファイルを<a
href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0306/msg00445.html">\
パッケージ</a>にしたいと思いました。しかしあいにく、こうするとアーカイブに 21&nbsp;MB
も追加することになってしまいます。彼は、どれも欠点を持っていますが、
三つのシナリオを思いつきました。それぞれの言語用に 37 個のパッケージを追加する、
すべての言語を含む大きなパッケージを追加する、もしくは kde-i18n-lang
パッケージにこれらの言語ファイルを追加するというものです。
どれもあまり良い考えとは思えません。</p>

<p><strong>オープンソフトウェアライセンス</strong>。
Joey Hess さんは、RPM 4.2 に含まれている elfutils が新しいライセンスを使っているのを<a
href="http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal-0306/msg00025.html">見つけました</a>。
しかし Walter Landry さんは、このライセンスは GNU GPL と互換性がないと<a
