SPI (Software in Public Interest) 的集團律師已擬好一份[HKTW:智慧:][CN:智能:]財產轉讓同意書，
而標誌的原作者也答應簽署並將其所有權讓渡給 SPI。一旦完成以後，授權就能更換了。</p>

GPL</a> 的共同授權 (co-license) 時該如何處理。但 Gervase Markham <a

千萬不要使用 GPL 這種並非專為文件設計的授權，應該選用那些 DFSG 認可的自由
文件授權。</p>

提議</a> 把處理新套件[HKTW:佇列:][CN:隊列:]的擔子從 ftp 管理人（ftpmaster）的身上分一些給[HKTW:其它:][CN:其他:]人。
套件可以上傳到另一個新的公開[HKTW:佇列:][CN:隊列:]，由更多的開發人員檢閱，
而重新簽署過的（re-signed）<code>.change</code> 會再送交給主要[HKTW:佇列:][CN:隊列:]。
當支持該套件的開發者足夠了以後，就可以讓套件庫維護人員用更自動化的方法來處理它。</p>
