intro/index: adjust get_recent_list to get the translated title for the last DSAhotfix-untranslated-dsa-items

The difficulty here is not being in one of the supported and documented
use cases: we're below intro/ but want to be listing stuff under
security/, which is in a different part of the hierarchy. Pass an
explicit relative path as an extra parameter to get_recent_list.
