Sync with 1.57:
Deprecating old libc5-based port. Since Nathan Hawkins retired [1] from the
project, noone is working or plans to work on it anymore.
I'm moving the Glibc-based port to kfreebsd-gnu (which is the canonical system
name, currently). Leaving in freebsd/index.wml a note to indicate where is
the porting site located.
Updated port.maintainers in a previous commit.
