(Chinese) rephrase doc/index to workaround simp/trad conversion bug
The simp/trad Chinese converting system keeps converting "着" to
"著" in simplified Chinese version of this page even when explicitly
instructed not to do so, possibly due to incorrect word splitting.
So rephrase it to avoid using "着".
