Temporarily switch away from local (outdated) mirror
syncproxy.cna.debian.org is still offline/outdated and thus we do not
get current unstable and buster information for the tracker using
debian.csail.mit.edu.
Switch back once debian.csail.mit.edu is up-to-date.
