Reformat code base
This includes:
- Wrap function implementations
- Pointer alignment for function signatures
- Pointer alignment for variable declarations
- Whitespace after keywords
- Whitespace after comma
- Whitespace around initializers
- Whitespace around operators
- Code indentation
- Line break for single line statements
- Misleading alignment
