미안하지만 Joey가 현재 다른 일로 매우 바쁜 상태입니다. 다음주에 이슈를
더 만들 수 있을지 확실히 모르겠습니다. 우리의 <a href="$(HOME)/News/2002/20020522">뉴스 기사</a>중 하나가 시드
니 모닝 헤럴드에 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg02378.html">인용되었습니다</a>. </p>
<p><strong>Bandwidth 모니터링.</strong> Brian May는 데비안을 통해서 가장 좋은 방법이
외부 연결을 통해서 주고 받는 IP 패킷을 관찰할 수 있는지 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg01822.html">의아해했습니다</a>.
그는 어떤 포트에서 어느 정도의 바이트를 받는지 어떤 내부 호스트가 대
부분의 외부 트래픽을 받는지 등에 관한 것을 알고 싶어했습니다. 그는 요약과
이에 대한 내용들을 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg01955.html">정리했습니다</a>. </p>
<p><strong>Apt Preferences</strong> Brian May는 어떻게 apt가
preferences를 조절하는지 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg01829.html">혼란
스러워했습니다</a>. testing과 unstable을 사용할 때 많은 사람들이 사용하는 pinning
기능을 포함시켰습니다. 많은 사람들이 대답을 해주지 않았고 이 특징들을 정확하게
알려주지는 못했습니다. </p>
<p><strong>WineX의 패키징.</strong> 지난주에 DirectX를 이용하여 개발된 게임과 호환되는 WINE인
WineX에 대한 <a href="https://bugs.debian.org/147303">ITP</a>를 Marc
Leeman이 했는데 그 이후로 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg02165.html">논란</a>이 많았습니다.
상위관리자는 데비안이 이 패키지를 배포하지 말아달라고 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg02463.html">요청했고</a>
결국 이의 배포는 상위 소스 회사에 나쁜 영향을 주며 심지어는 이를 패키징
하는 경우에 데비안에 알맞게 라이센스를 고쳐야하게 되는 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg02174.html">위험성
까지 주었습니다</a>. 나중에 Marc는 패키지를 빼버렸고 왜 그랬는지 이유를 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0205/msg02823.html">설명했습니다</a>. </p>
<p><strong>새로운 Debian 전단지.</strong> 다가오는 <a href="$(HOME)/events/2002/0606-linuxtag">LinuxTag</a> 전시와 컨퍼런스에 관해
Jens Schmalzing와 Michael Banck는 데비안용 2개국어(영어와 독일어)
전단지를 만들었습니다. 가능하다면 자유 소프트웨어와 함께 만들어질 때입니다.
LaTeX이 연관되어 있지만 <a href="$(HOME)/events/materials/flyers/general/flyer.ps">기획</a>은 대부분 사람들이 기대하는 것을
반영하지 않았습니다. Karl Hammar는 이미 전단을 영어와 브라질어로 <a href="https://lists.debian.org/debian-events-eu-0205/msg00436.html">번역했습니다</a>. 사람들도
관심을 보이는 듯합니다. 독일어로 프린팅하는 것은 <a href="http://www.credativ.de/">credativ</a>가 후원자
하고 있습니다. </p>
