<h3>Wahl 1: Begrüßung nicht paketierender Beitragender</h3>
<p>Das Debian-Projekt zielt auf die Erstellung des besten freien
Betriebssystems ab. Für dieses Ziel erhält das Projekt eine Reihe
von Beiträgen, darunter beispielsweise: Paketbetreuung, Übersetzung,
Infrastruktur- und Website-Wartung, Portierung, Fehlersichtung und
-Korrektur, Leitungsaktivitäten, Kommunikation, Testen, rechtliche
Hilfestellungen, Qualitätssicherung usw.</p>
<p>Das Debian-Projekt erkennt die folgenden Punkte an:</p>
<ul>
<li>Um die Ziele von Debian zu verfolgen, sind die Paketbetreuung sowie eine
große Bandbreite an technischen und nicht technischen Beiträgen alle
wertvoll.</li>
<li>Aktive Beitragende mit nicht paketierender Arbeit, die die Debian-Werte
teilen und bereit sind, die Debian-Gründungsdokumente aufrechtzuerhalten,
verdienen die Möglichkeit, Debian-Entwickler zu werden.</li>
</ul>
<p>Daher bittet das Debian-Projekt die Debian-Verwalter der Konten:</p>
<ul>
<li>Die Idee zu bestätigen, dass Beitragende mit nicht paketierender Arbeit
Debian-Entwickler werden können, allerdings ohne Hochladerechte in das
Debian-Archiv.</li>
<li>Prozeduren zu etablieren, um Beitragende mit nicht paketierender Arbeit zu
evaluieren und als Debian-Entwickler zu akzeptieren.</li>
<li>Die angemessenen technischen Maßnahmen zu initiieren, um Beitragenden mit
nicht paketierender Arbeit, die als Debian-Entwickler akzeptiert werden,
zu ermöglichen, an Debian-Entscheidungen teilzunehmen und auf die
Debian-Infrastruktur zuzugreifen.</li>

href="vote_002_voters.txt">Abstimmenden</a> veröffentlicht. Auch
kann die <a href="vote_002_tally.txt">Strichliste</a>
angeschaut werden (beachten Sie, dass es sich
während des Urnengangs um eine Pseudo-Strichliste handelt).
