<h2>Allgemeiner Beschluss: Änderung der Pakethochlade-Richtlinie</h2>
<p>
Das Debian-Projekt beschließt, dass Debian-Entwickler, denen erlaubt ist,
kombinierte Quell- und Binärpakete hochzuladen, auch erlaubt wird, reine
Binärpakete für die gleiche Menge an Architekturen hochzuladen.
