<p>Allgemeine Beschlüsse sind ein wichtiger Rahmen innerhalb des
Debian-Projekts. Allerdings sind die derzeitigen Anforderungen,
einen zu initiieren, in einem Projekt von der Größe Debians zu
klein.</p>
<p>Daher beschließt das Debian-Projekt, dass
<ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha">
<li>die Verfassung geändert wird, so dass nicht K Entwickler als Sponsor
für einen Beschluss benötigt werden sondern floor(2Q). [siehe
§4.2(1)]</li>
<li>Um die Entscheidung eines Beauftragten oder des <acronym lang="en"
title="Debian Project Leader">DPL</acronym> [§4.2(2.2)] zu
verzögern sowie Beschlüsse gegen das Verkürzen der Diskussions- und
Abstimmungsperiode oder um eine Entscheidung des <acronym lang="en"
title="Technical Comitte">TC</acronym> zu überschreiben
[§4.2(2.3)] werden floor(Q) Sponsoren für den Beschluss
benötigt.</li>
<li>Die Definition von K wird aus der Verfassung gestrichen
[§4.2(7)]</li>

<h3>Wahl 3: Belasse Unterstützer wie gehabt [1:1]</h3>
<p>Allgemeine Beschlüsse sind ein wichtiger Rahmen innerhalb des
Debian-Projekts. Während im Laufe der Jahre einige Probleme
bei der Diskussion und/oder Abstimmung einiger Beschlüsse
aufgetreten sind gibt es keine Nachweise dafür, dass eine Änderung
der Anzahl der Sponsoren (Unterstützer) für <acronym lang="en"
title="General Resolution">GR</acronym>-Vorschläge oder
Änderungen uns bei der Behebung dieser Probleme helfen würde.
Stattdessen könnten es erschweren, nicht-perfekte Resolutionen zu
verbessern oder wertvolle Optionen zu Stimmzettel hinzuzufügen, indem
diese das Vorschlagen von Allgemeinen Beschlüssen oder Änderungen
erschweren.</p>
<p>Daher bestätigt das Debian-Projekt erneut die aktuellen Anforderungen
für das Sponsoring (Unterstützen) von GR-Vorschlägen oder
Änderungen und für das Überstimmen von Beauftragten.</p>
