Import new batch of linux CVEs from Linux kernel CNAHEADmaster

This time, unless I got something wrong, no adjustment was needed for
the sid branch.

It seems sometimes tricky to catch the right version in those "rolling"
upper siute changing frequently the stable branch from upstream. Ben's
scripts will likely handle those then better since we track metadata
for the branches in a separate file. That merge request is not yet fully
ready, so do once again this import with the more hackish scripts.
